Apply to Healing Retreat

Established clients:

Breeze to the front of the line.

If you’re already an established client of Simba Health or Right to Heal, then you don’t need this lengthy application process. Just log into the client portal and send a message to “Front Desk” saying you’d like to join the retreat.

Our admin will reply with the next steps. You’ll also get registration priority over non-clients.



New clients:

Yep, it’s a little complicated. Sorry about that.

Step 1: Set up a portal account

Pick any random time on the calendar below (scroll to the bottom of the page).

We won’t actually do anything during this time, so just pick the first available so we can move on with your application.

Fill in the required fields to complete the appointment request.


Step 2: Complete Questionnaires

You’ll get an email from our automated system (ChARM), prompting you to join our client portal. There you will see 5 (yes five!) questionnaires to complete. Review and sign them all.

We will not review your application until all 5 questionnaires are completed.

If you need a scholarship, fill in the questions pertaining to this on the application form. 

Step 3: Talk to us.

We will thoughtfully review your application questionnaires and notify you as soon as possible to let you know if we can proceed with your application or not.

If yes, then we will send you a link to schedule (for real, this time), an appointment to talk to one of our providers in real time. This is an opportunity for us to clarify any questions about your health history form, as well as to give you the chance to ask questions you may have before committing to the retreat.

Step 4: Pay deposit

If we are able to offer you a place on the retreat, we will send you a link through the portal to pay your deposit of $1,333 USD. Your spot on the retreat will only be reserved once we receive your deposit.

The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. (We’ll remind you closer to then.)


Step 5: Look forward to brighter days

Once your deposit is received, we will send you our travel and preparation guides and add you to our group’s Slack channel.
