Retreat Financial Policy

Financial Agreements

All retreat participants are subject to the following financial policicies. (Certain exceptions are granted to scholarship recipients, however.)

Deposit

I understand that my card will be billed for one-third of the retreat fee. This 33.33% deposit is only refundable (minus a 10% fee) if somebody else is found to take my spot on the retreat. Otherwise, it is non refundable.

Balance

I understand that the remaining balance due for the retreat will be automatically billed to my card one month prior to the start of the retreat. I consent to this charge.

Cancellations

Should I need to cancel my registration before the retreat begins, I will be issued a 90% refund (the amount paid minus 10%) ONLY in the event that somebody else takes my spot on the retreat and pays the full rate.

If nobody takes my spot on the retreat, I will not receive any refund whatsoever, but 75% of the funds I have paid may be applied as a credit toward a future RTH event. This credit is good for one calendar year. 

These policies are regardless of the reason for the cancellation. 

Trip Insurance

I understand that it is my responsibility to purchase trip insurance for this retreat, should I want additional protection.

Damages

I agree that I am responsible for paying for damages to the property or to others that may result from my actions, whether accidental or intentional. I understand my card may be automatically charged for such damages.

Signature

I have read the above financial terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound to the above financial policies. I consent to my card being charged per the terms outlined above.
