Hands-On, In Person Learning
Practicum, Experiential, & Beyond at Rise Up Journeys
Practicum / Mentee Intensive
Students from any facilitation program or currently practicing facilitators are welcome to apply to any of our scheduled practicum retreats.
Our programs are appropriate for those training to become facilitators, those seeking continuing education, those needing consultation hours for licensure, and already-practicing facilitators who want to deepen their skills.
Intensive Organized by You
Students & program directors can work with us to choose the venue, budget, and curriculum.
Healing Retreat Practice
Come on any of our retreats and practice with a peer.
Note: Practicum students only trip-sit for each other and not for regular guests.
Please mention on your retreat application that you’re seeking practicum/experiential/consultation credit.
Be a Teacher's Assistant
We have space for one teacher’s assistant (TA) on every healing retreat for 50% of the normal price.
This position entails supporting regular guests, not just other practicum students. TAs do not take the medicine, and are expected to work the entire retreat.
