This page contains the information you’ll need to meet with your RTH consultant smoothly.
Downloading Zoom
For best results, we recommend downloading Zoom for BOTH desktop (for your computer) and mobile (for your phone or tablet).
It is free to download Zoom and to create an account.
Please download the app well ahead of time of your appointment, as it can time some time.
Computer, Tablet, or Phone?
If you’re using Zoom on a computer, tablet, or other device with a glowing screen, then please be in a place with good internet (WiFi) signal.
If you have a smartphone, then you can use either WiFi or data (cell signal) to join the meeting.
Alternately, you can use Zoom from any phone (including regular land line telephones). If you’re dialing in from a phone, then you will not be able to use the video feature (you won’t be able to see us, and we won’t be able to see you). Dialing in to the meeting is more like having a conference call in the 1990’s. It still works great, but it’s voices only.
